Restaurant Growth Partner
Launch virtual food brands, boost partner revenue, and enjoy ongoing commission. Ideal for hospitality pros with restaurant connections, offering flexible, performance-based earnings. No fixed salary.
What the Role Looks Like
The Restaurant Growth Partner opportunity lets hospitality professionals help restaurants launch delivery-first food brands. This is a full-time, flexible, commission-based job with remote options.
Instead of a fixed salary, compensation comes from onboarding commissions and recurring revenue from partner restaurants. This model strongly rewards growth and relationship building over time.
You’ll introduce restaurants to Global Food Ventures’ virtual brand solutions. By helping these establishments maximize kitchen capacity, you create new revenue streams for them—and yourself.
This role isn’t just sales. You become a trusted partner, supporting onboarding, launches, and ongoing brand success for your portfolio of restaurant clients.
Ownership of your network and long-term relationships are crucial to your future earning potential in this dynamic sector.
Daily Responsibilities and Activities
Your main mission is to find restaurants with underused kitchen space and introduce them to flexible virtual brand opportunities from GFV.
Expect to spend time identifying restaurant decision-makers, holding commercial conversations, and showing them how to unlock extra revenue.
Support doesn’t end at introduction—you’ll help with onboarding, answer questions, and walk partners through launching new food concepts.
Maintaining and expanding your restaurant portfolio is key. Relationship management and proactive follow-up will help you retain partners and increase recurring income.
Every restaurant you onboard boosts your commission. The model incentivizes you to keep building your network and supporting your existing partners.
Key Advantages
First, the compensation is highly scalable. The more restaurants you bring in, the more your revenue potential grows through ongoing commission and revenue share.
Second, you work remotely and independently. This flexibility means you set your own pace, schedule, and targets according to your ambitions and network strength.
Notable Downsides
The primary limitation is the lack of a fixed monthly salary. Your earnings are 100% performance-based, so early months may not be lucrative.
Success depends heavily on your connections and industry familiarity. Those with weaker networks might find growing income here a challenge.
Our Verdict
This role is recommended for motivated hospitality professionals who relish autonomy and want to leverage their relationships for long-term earnings.
If you enjoy building networks, supporting restaurant partners, and earning without a ceiling, this could be a rewarding career direction.
