Main Responsibilities and Daily Routine
The Restaurant Growth Partner role is centered around expanding the virtual brand network through restaurant partnerships. Your main goal is to connect with hospitality professionals who can help scale the delivery-first food network.
You’ll identify restaurants with spare kitchen capacity and pitch how joining the virtual brand network can help them create new revenue streams. Supporting and onboarding these restaurants is a key part of the job.
On a daily basis, expect to maintain relationships, follow up with restaurant owners, and manage your growing portfolio of partner venues. Commercial discussions and providing operational guidance during onboarding are common tasks.
The compensation emphasizes performance, offering a competitive range between 450,000 and 565,000 د.إ. annually, depending on your success. Earnings grow as your partner portfolio expands.
