The Warehouse Admin opportunity at Hellmann offers a competitive salary, typically between AED 35,000 – 65,000 yearly. This full-time, stable role is ideal for individuals with at least two years of warehouse experience and knowledge of WMS, Excel, and professional English.
Role Responsibilities
Expect to handle data entry and manage all inventory processes daily. This includes recording orders, ensuring accurate stock levels, and updating databases continually.
You will regularly interact with internal teams, suppliers, and customers through email and phone communications. Generating documentation like delivery notes and receipts is a core part of the role.
Staff onboarding and organizing health and safety procedures also fall within your scope, as does coordinating deliveries and dispatching shipments efficiently.
Reporting discrepancies or damaged goods and communicating these to supervisors ensures accuracy and smooth operations in the warehouse.
