What You’ll Do Each Day
This role involves overseeing all security operations, from creating policies to managing a dedicated security team. You’ll ensure safety for guests and staff.
You will also serve as the key Public Relations Officer, handling government relations and compliance issues efficiently. Timely renewals of licenses and staff documentation are part of your remit.
Much of your day will include communicating with authorities, updating security protocols, and leading regular drills and training sessions for your security staff.
You’ll be hands-on in guiding your team and supporting hotel management with security strategy, constantly evaluating and upgrading the hotel’s standards.
Another responsibility is helping process visas, monitor legal documentation, and maintain essential records in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
