What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Key daily activities for this role include designing and developing advanced control systems, including PID and model-based controls, for stabilization and tracking solutions. Engineers work closely with hardware and software teams, ensuring seamless integration with sensors and actuators. Real-time algorithm development, system modeling in MATLAB/Simulink, and iterative system tuning are mainstays of the job, alongside active involvement in system validation and troubleshooting. Technical writing and supporting business development efforts may also be required.
