Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in incident coordination, root cause analysis, and collaboration with departments like Cloud, Security, DevOps, and NOC/SOC teams. You will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement and building trust with key government stakeholders.
